Once you make a purchase with us, you're automatically enrolled in Sunshine Rewards. In order to access your points, you'll just need to activate your account.
How to activate your account:

• You'll then receive an account confirmation email. Click the link in your confirmation email to activate your account.
Once logged in, you can view your available, pending, and used points in your account.

There are 3 tiers so the more you shop, the better the perks! All members earn points when making purchases, referring friends and more. Use your points for discounts towards your next purchase. It’s basically the gift that keeps on giving.
Log in to your Soludos account.
Desktop: At checkout, your available Sunshine Rewards points to cash balance can be found on the right-hand side of the screen above the promo code field. Use the slider to select the amount in dollars that you'd like to redeem and click "Redeem" to apply it to your order.
Mobile: Available points to cash balance can be found at the checkout by using the drop-down arrow that says "Redeem Rewards Dollars”. If you have express checkout enabled, it may bypass the redemption page. Click “Back” or "Checkout as Guest" to view the checkout steps and you will find “Redeem Rewards Dollars” dropdown on the “Information” page.
Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account. Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time and chances to spend!
You may use your points and coupons on any full priced product and if you purchase more than 2 full priced products, you will also qualify for 20% off your 2nd pair. You cannot combine points and coupon codes. You cannot use points or coupon codes if there is another sale or promotion applying to that item. Coupon codes will not apply to marked down or clearance items.
On your Sunshine Rewards account page, scroll to the “Refer A Friend” section and you can send a link to your friend via email, SMS and other social channels. They will get a link that will bring them to a pop-up with a promo code for $15 off their first purchase of $100 or more (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns). After they complete a purchase, we will credit your account with $15 (equal to 300 points) to use on new styles.
Yes! Your Sunshine Rewards balance includes points earned from all past, un-returned purchases through the email attached to your account since Oct 1, 2020.
Your tier status eligibility is based on your lifetime spend with us since Jan 1, 2020.
However, if you have made purchases using more than one account in the past, please contact customer service at help@soludos.com for assistance in merging accounts.
If you use your points on a purchase, you will both use and earn points in the same transaction. If you return your order, your Sunshine Rewards balance used on that order will be applied back to your account once your return has been received and refunded. The Sunshine Rewards points earned on the order that has been returned or canceled will be removed from your account.
Once you qualify for the next tier, you will keep that status for the lifetime of your account. There is no need to re-qualify each year.
• Points are pending until your order ships, so you can’t use them right away. But once you order has been delivered, your points will arrive in your account!
• Points cannot be combined with other discount codes (such as your Tier entry coupon) or other promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Referral links are valid for new Soludos customers only (so only pals that haven’t shopped with us before).
• Points cannot be applied to previous purchases, SRY!
• Points cannot be used in combination with QuadPay.
