I ordered two pairs of shoes on May 17th 2022. Delivery came on !July 15th 2022! and there was only one pair (Classic 3.5 " Wedge Colour Blush). The other pair in Soft Pink is not delievered.

I reached out to help@soludos.com but they seem to ignore me. I really do understand if they are under a lot of stress but I have waited for my order for two months, have been really patient and then I get only one pair and not even notification what is happening with my other pair of shoes.

As they don`t want to answer my Emails I am trying this way, I am really desperate and just need an answer.

But let me tell you something about quality of the shoes- they are great, they fit really good-shoes made for walking :) and the compliments I get for them :))

So to sum it up:

Great quality shoes, really to recommend but lousy Customer service

I give 5 stars for the best shoes ever

1 for the customer service- but that´s also too much

Guys, you should know better!
