Size & fit

The Ibiza runs a bit small, please size up by 1/2 a size for the perfect fit. They're made from irresistibly soft leather, so there's no break in period.

We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, you can complete your return in our Returns Portal.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We will accept a return on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly at Soludos.com. Original shipping is non-refundable including any expedited shipping options. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.

    These sneakers are so beautiful and comfortable and versatile! I have had mine for 3 years now and they look and feel just as beautiful as day one! I’m so happy they continue to sell them because I’m thinking of buying a back up pair for when my favorite pair isn’t good anymore 😍

    Absolutely in love!

    I’ve been waiting for these shoes to come back in my size. I am so happy! They are so comfortable and GORGEOUS! I smile every minute I’m wearing them. I wear a 9.5 in tennis shoes and the 9.5 fits perfectly in this style. I originally ordered a 10 because it said size up but the 10’s were too big. Such a smooth exchange process.
