We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, you can complete your return in our Returns Portal.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We will accept a return on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly at Soludos.com. Original shipping is non-refundable including any expedited shipping options. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.
Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

I have never put on a dreamier pair of sneakers. This is the first pair of sneakers I have invested in and they are so worth it! Customer service was amazing when I entered the incorrect address as well. I sized up from an 8 to 8.5 and they fit perfect. Highly recommended purchasing!

These are my second pair on Ibiza sneakers to order. I first order the Ibiza Classic and while they are the perfect every day sneaker, I love the Platform Suede sneakers just as much. They are both so incredibly comfortable! Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL when placing your online orders to make sure you have the size correct. I accidentally got one pair in the right size and one in the wrong size on a BOGO promo and exchanging the shoe for the correct size has not been an easy process. They would not honor the original sale price that I paid (even though I agreed to pay any restocking fees) without me first returning the shoe and then purchasing another pair at the higher rate. Once I buy the correct size at the current rate, I will then be refunded. Exchanges should not be this difficult.

I have owned these for about 4 years and they have been one of my most worn shoes. They were comfortable right out of the box and have held up remarkably well. For comfort, I would give these 6/5 stars if I could. I went to Japan in May and only brought these and a pair of Hokas. I’m not joking when I say that these were equally as comfortable as the Hokas, which says a lot because Hokas are one of the most comfortable shoes on the market. I probably walked at least 25 miles in these shoes that trip and they did not make my feet sore or give me a blister once. Plus, they effortlessly went with all of my outfits, which was a huge bonus. If you’re on the fence about buying these, just know that they are 100% worth the investment.
