Does Soludos offer free shipping?
We offer free ground shipping via FedEx (5-7 day service) on all orders over $150 before taxes.
Where does Soludos ship to?
Orders can ship to any standard address in the United States that FedEx services.
Unfortunately, we cannot at this time ship to PO Boxes.
We are excited to relaunch our International shipments to:Australia, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, India, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom. We use the FedEx International Connect Plus that will collect all applicable duties and Taxes at Checkout allowing your package to pre-clear customs. Expect 3 to 5 Day shipping.
When will my order ship out?
Our warehouse processing time to pack your order is between 1-3 business days. Please contact cheers@soludos.com if your order appears to be unusually delayed.
When will I receive my order?
Transit times start from the date your order initially ships out. After an order ships from our warehouse, standard Ground shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days to deliver, depending on where the package is going.
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are sent via Air and typically take 2-7 business days from the ship date.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will get an email with a tracking link that will track your package right to your doorstep!

How can I process an exchange?
We're sorry to hear that the fit wasn't as perfect as you hoped to be.
While we can't support direct exchanges at this time, we advise you to return for a Store Credit (Gift Card) and use that to make a new purchase.
This option waives the $8 fee that is associated with restocking returned shoes.

What is the return policy?
Domestic (within USA)
We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, you can start your return at this link. Contact us at cheers@soludos.com with any questions.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit on all orders. We accept returns on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages.
Please note that refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.
Products eligible for return must be purchased directly from Soludos.com. If you purchased your Soludos from another retailer, please contact them to coordinate a return.
Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or return. These products will always have a flag on the product page stating their Final Sale status at time of purchase.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
International (Outside of USA)
Items are final sale and no returns are accepted for international purchases.
When can I expect my refund?
You will be issued a refund when you drop off your return package to the carrier and they scan it into their system. Refunds can take up to 8-10 business days to process and reflect on your bank statement. If your refund takes longer to process, please email cheers@soludos.com for assistance.
