We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, you can complete your return in our Returns Portal.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We will accept a return on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly at Soludos.com. Original shipping is non-refundable including any expedited shipping options. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.

What does "Final Sale" mean?
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes exchanges for a different size or color, and returns for store credit. All Final Sale purchases are complete at checkout.
Which items are Final Sale?
Only items displaying the "Final Sale" designation on the product page at the time of purchase. The designation also appears in your cart and at checkout. If an item isn't marked Final Sale when you buy it, it follows our standard returns policy.
The item I bought isn't marked Final Sale — but similar items are. Which applies?
What's shown on the product page when you place your order is what applies. If your item wasn't marked Final Sale at checkout, it's returnable under our standard returns policy.
Can I exchange for a different size?
No. Because warehouse sale quantities are limited and not restocked, we can't offer size exchanges on Final Sale items. We recommend reviewing our size guide before ordering, and reaching out to us with fit questions before you buy — we're happy to help.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Final Sale doesn't affect this. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at cheers@soludos.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace the item if we can, or refund you in full.
What if my order never arrives?
Contact us. Lost or undelivered packages are handled under our standard shipping policy regardless of Final Sale status.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders begin processing quickly, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations. Email us as soon as possible at cheers@soludos.com and we'll do what we can before it ships.
Will I get a price adjustment if the price drops?
No. Final Sale items aren't eligible for price adjustments or retroactive discounts.
Can I use a discount code on Final Sale items?
Yes — eligible discount codes, automatic offers (like Buy More Save More and free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more), and store credit can be applied to Final Sale purchases. Items remain Final Sale and non-returnable regardless of any discount applied.
Do gift cards work on Final Sale items?
Yes — gift cards can be used as payment. But the items purchased remain Final Sale and non-returnable.
Can I return a Final Sale item bought as a gift?
No. Gift recipients are subject to the same terms. Please consider this before purchasing as a gift.
What about items I bought elsewhere
These terms apply to purchases made on soludos.com only. Items bought from other retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy.Does this affect my legal rights?No. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
