Love right out of the box. For sizing, I am a true 9.5 in sneakers (Vans, Rothys) but was worried about how I'd fit into a mule. 9.5 is perfect. These are super comfortable and make you look like a lady! My husband is enamored with how they look on me, as I am. Wore them to a gallery opening last night in a dress and felt very chic, but have already worn them with jeans as well. I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't order these sooner! I'll be adding the black ones to my wishlist too. For color reference I ordered Sand, they look off-white/cream online but in person, they are more like a fawn/coffee with half-and-half sort of color. I really like them but I'd like the option of a slightly lighter color as well (like an off-white).
